Custom options are great for everyone. Your friends will love you for it that's for sure! We work with you through every step of the process to create some really fun unique items.
How It Works
ORDERING:
How to Order:
1. Buy a custom item listed in our shop
2. Submit a custom inquiry via the contact form
Once you purchase a custom option you will received a custom order form via email within 48 hours. When we get your order form back we will begin your mock design. This process can take up 72 hours. If it will take longer we will let you know. You can email any questions prior to purchasing.
If you would like to see a mock design before purchasing there will be a $25 non refundable design fee. The design fee can be used toward your order.
** All Custom Orders have a minimum 3 week build time following the approval of your mock design. Build times and shipping dates will be included with your mock design. Should there be a specific date you will need your items by please let us know. We will try to accommodate if we can. Keep in mind all customs are on a first come first serve basis.**
REFUND:
Once you have approved your mock design and leather has been cut a refund can no longer be made. Custom Orders and Made To Order options are completed on a first come first serve basis.
SHIPPING:
We like to remind our customers all our products are hand made by the owner. This allows for a quality custom product every time. Shipping on custom and made to order items will always be transparent as there will be a minimum 3 week wait. If there is a due date you need items by please include this is on your custom order form or email us before purchasing to make sure our designer can accommodate the request.
